Here are answers to some common questions. 

  • What are your business hours?

    We offer our services 24 hours a day, because we understand the best flights may be at the worst times.

  • Am I within the service area?

    Our goal is to provide transportation for all your plans. However, we currently only service the greater St. Louis area. This area is approximately a 40 mile radius from The Arch. If your further away and still want to include us in your plans, please contact us below, and we will reach out.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    With our booking services being online, we currently accept Debit/Credit Cards.

  • Where do vans come from?

    Almost all vans come from factories. If you have questions regarding specific vans, please contact the manufacturer via their website.

  • What vans do you use?

    We currently employ several different passenger vehicles. Depending on the size of your plans, we may send a car or van. If you have a preference, please let us know when planing our services.

  • Are your vans handicap accessible?

    Unfortunately, our current fleet is not handicap accessible. However, as we continue our services, we plan on providing accomodations to everyone. If you have suggestions on how we can accomodate your trip, please contact us below.

  • What if my family needs more than one van?

    Our typical vans have 7 seats, incuding our driver. If you're family is bigger and better than everyone else, we will make sure we have the seats available. If we dont have a van big enough, our pricing may reflect multiple vehicles scheduled for your plans.


  • What if my family doesn't need a full van?

    We employ several different passenger vehicles. If your plans include 4 or fewer, we understand a van may be oversized. We will schedule an available vehicle to meet your needs.

  • Can I get a full refund?

    If you cancel your plans a week before your pickup date, you will recieve a full refund.

    If you cancel your plans the week of your plans, you may recieve a reduced refund. Plans canceled within 24 hours of a scheduled pickup time are not subject to refund.
